If that is more or less correct then (while not peanuts) it isn't much for HL given their overall market cap.  For Eastern, given KD's overall $B net worth, it's also survivable.  My point then is that RVX already has (IMO) sufficient inherent value (given overall post-topline results to date) to cover the financial exposure of it's major investors.  While I agree that establishing and confirming a degree of financial stability is critical in terms of pacifying the market in general I don't think they will have any 'major' issues attracting more capital going forward. and that will likely be even more the case after this week.
