While I will admit I have backed away from reading the board on a daily basis and RVX in general, either I have missed a lot or Paladin's post is missing a key component, called current indebtedness when he/she speaks of $3.5 mill to get to the next station.
The Oct 31, 2019 Financials reflect $200k of cash, $1.3 in funding received subsequent, $3-4MILL in R&D contracts owing and committments and $9.5mill in payables. Add on say $3-4 mill for operations since Oct and RVX needs $11 or 12mill to pay old bills, let alone $3.5 to get to the next train station.
I personally expect as I have stated before almost zero warrant take-up given the nothing new of the last month and that IMHO high net worth investors rather exchange their warrants at a higher price for a certain gain, than a lower price for an uncertain gain. I hope I am wrong as that will be bullish if RVX does have significant warrant conversion. But one really has to wonder if DM was betting on these investors converting with no reason other than a potential deal in the future, if that was foolhardy, unless they know more than us about the timing of such if it were to even incur. We shall see.
