Wrong. Geez I messed that up!  I should have posted the warrant calc as:

13,333 RVX.WT times $2.95 ($5 SP - $2.05 strike) = $39,332 - $10,0000 = $29,3332 gain, divide by $10,000 = 293% gain

GAC, my apologies. Your math looks good. 
Evidentally, the $5 level is the near the cross-over point where the magnification of the greater number of warrants vs shares starts to maginfy your retuns by a rate of 1.73:1 for every dollar the SP rise from that level.
