In my view, as long as there is no news from the company there must be a lot  going on behind the scenes that is potentially very positive for investors. The BETonMACE results are too good (if unfortunately not as good as we would have liked) to be ignored by BP. Drugs have been approved with worse trial results when there was a big unmet need, no safety issues, and borderline stats. But BP will want to go through the data with a fine tooth comb before reaching a decision. IMO any company involved in diabetes, CVD, kidney disease, and genetics will be very tempted. We just have to hang in there. I am not tempted to sell my shares.
