You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
My guess would be someone like the NIH or CDC or one of their disignated university or health centers. Go to where the money is. Unfortunitely Canada doesn't seem to care to much about companies doing research in Canada.
