the main reason my number is higher is i would like to see our potential partner continue on in the many other areas of RVX that warrant it so were not all sitting here waiting another 1.5 to 3 years on the hopes of a single trial. We have to be working as many angles as possible in that time frame.

Hence i would rather see a buyout then a person can at least put some of that money into their/ the buyers stock if we want + have cash freed up for whatever.
