I woudn't mind getting some of that! There is no way to buy more than a few thousand shares at these prices without sending the share price up 25% - 100%, imo. I bought 1000 shares at $0.70 last week and it jumped to $0.83 within a few hours. If I had to buy 490,410 shares I would easily send the share price up a few dollars.
I wish there was a rule that forced interested investors to buy in the market say 10% of the shares they intend to subscribe to directly from the company in a PP. Only after that accumulation in the market happens would the more current (and more demand-volume adjusted) market share price be used to establish the PP pricing for the remaining 90% of shares subscribed to directly from the company treasury. I'm sure some might punch holes in this idea but I had to just throw it out there. I bugs me that much when PP investors get millions of shares priced at prices that you would never find so low in the market if that many shares had to be accumulated in the market.
