I think this could be the last equity raise that RVX is doing. After this, they must be close to a deal signing before meeting the FDA. When they sign a deal, that should signal the end of their need for cash...or so we hope!
That may also explain why the share price seems to havve found somethign of a floor around 80 to 85 cents...as this is the last equity dilution happening now.
