There can be only one reason, in my view, for insiders to do this (and for DM to be so quiet) which is to keep things going while talking to the FDA and a BP about the next stage - which has to be another BETonMACE trial with HF in the composite end-point. That's how I see it. My guess is a deal is round the corner. Let's hope!
