This is my point too.  Loaning out money is one thing, but insiders who may have non-public information buying the stock in a PP shouldn't be allowed w/o a publc release regardless of how long its been going on.  Unless the insiders and employees who are buying don't know anything either.  It's possible that everyone there is completely clueless. Maybe BP is keeping them in the dark too.
