Koo ... I would think having 70% tightly controlled is a positive for deal making, as long as the significant blocks are all aligned to ROI on the stock, and there aren't serious conflicts say with Hepa and BP in some way (IP rights, regional control, manufacturing, sales, etc)?
Hopefully that 70% strongly shares the overriding view of we 30% and want to firstly preserve their invested capital and secondly wish to see an appreciable ROI in the near term!! ... like ASAP
