It does seem excessive for the results thus far, at least to my untrained eye in biotechs.
Over at my copper jr play (80 M market cap.... that should be a 1.5-2 Billion if run and promoted properly) the shareholders there are besides themselves because the (10-yr - no results) CEO makes $300K.

So RVX's 20-yr CEO making almost ten times that now... without "bringing home the bacon" for shareholders.... is a bit of a head scratcher for me.   Sorry Don.
