Patience, maybe, needed is a successful C19 open trail that began June 18.  Hopefully, we will know partial results in five to six weeks.  Full results by end of September - October.  

Much has been stated in Forum about HL.  HL has only one seat on Board.  ECL will want to get paid, like other major investors.  The Board members should remember their fiduciary obligation to shareholders (and to their own investment).  An approval can happen with one, two or even three no votes. It may be that word will get out on current trail sooner than expected from those attending physicians.  With open trail, no gag order.  If trail is very successful, will be very difficult to suppress good news.

What is in the RVX future, with success, BP will become very interested, very quickly.  Patent continues for many years.  What about HL?  HL receives needed funds, rights to China (maybe expired).  BP should not be concerned; the rest of the world awaits.  Believe HL, in the beginning, saw a way to enter North America.  Off the table now.

So, what could happen?  Best for us, full purchase of RVX.  Doubtful, too many issues.  A partnership with BP allowing limited control.  RVX continues to own all rights, BP has manufacturing, distribution, sales, profits split 50/50.  RVX does not have ability to provide this, takes the 50%.  Too expensive and more delay to have full control.

With sufficient pressure from disclosing positive results of test, will FDA grant a conditional limited approval?  Truly a worldwide benefit.  Your ideas are welcome.  We know ABL is safe and has many known benefits and my guess there remains a few unknown benefits with more study.  Will not be the first time FDA has granted an emergency use, with continuing study required.  With DELTA and other new variants arriving, time is critical.  FDA knows this and they should be concerned.

If COVID 19 studies are correct, those recovered COVID-19 patients may still be in danger. 

Our future, who knows, this could happen, smoke dreams, maybe, but that is why we continue to hold our shares.

We should be thanking ECL and HL for funding our investment.  Without each we never reach this potential.  US$100 per share, not out of the question with a successful C19 result.  It truly opens our door.  sidebar.
