hav a private/off the record conversation with dm , u will b happy until u realize it was all bs.Same story with Zen - he's the common denominator in all this - in a couple months he will have picked up close to another 2-3 million in wage & compensation of sorts & as the record will show he has done pretty much nothing. Sounds like they haven't been in any sort of BO period & IMO doubt if they r now so that's where we're at, same place we have been for close to twenty years now  - pathetic!
