Very curious about any actual substance discussed, time-reames (end of year?), and tone (hopefully matter of fact and confident?). Hopefully a deal is done conceptually, pending details and language/wordings, and timing for public delivery and disclosure?!

Hopefully the substance and delivery is confidence inspiring for the retail market asap ...
