Yes it's a 30 day wait. My point being it would not take much selling to see it drop significantly. Each individual investors personal situation is completely different and I have been around long enough to never look at the markets through my own eyes. Tax loss selling can be nasty for dead money stocks. RVX has been dead money for over a year and not everyone has faith as some recent comments have clearly shown.
