I also listened to the part where there was some question about the upfront payment several times and I believe heard it clearly. DM stuttered on the word 'is' and he said " ....this is..is finalized".  He said the word 'is' twice.  So, did he hesitate by saying 'is' because he shouldn't have but then decided to go with it anyway?? Did he hesitate because it isn't actually finalized...but almost??  Who really knows?  If you take him at his word, it's finalized.  But, that could also mean the same thing as saying the check is in the mail.....which we all know isn't the same thing as cash in the bank.  So, we continue to wait to see 'what it is'...or isn't.
