Well...what I would add to this discussion is that usually the "smart" money is about 6 months ahead of everybody else.  Not much more than that.  Just 6 months.  

RVX has repeatedly said that they are working on partnership deals. These deals take time I know firsthand.  

It's a 6 month process when you actually know more tangibly what you are buying than any partner knows about RVX.  Throw in a global pandemic too and well call it a year in the making.  

So it's not unreasonable given all of this that a good deal takes time which by my math is September 30th, 2020.  Not that I actually know mind you.

So why not have a little more patience and see if these early buying signs have some staying power?
