when I looked at this late last night I could not reconcile the PPs and the footnote seemed incorrect - that is why I posted the schedule and calculated the per share cost. Later today I'll look at the same schedule on previous reports for comparison. I would hope that the note is in error - in which case someone is not doing their job.
