CCD - I agree that there was supposed to be a large upfront payment but that is what DM wanted. We still have to wait and see what he actually gets. Hopefully this isn't an ill omen that he isn't getting what he wanted. I do believe there is a fair amount symbolic in this PP saying their is access to cash. My fear would be that there isn't a good deal coming and the purchaser backs out and then the scramble is on. I don't think that is happening but one has to be realistic and look at all possibilities. We have been disappointed too often. We should know a lot more Dec. 22nd.
