Koo,,my dear friend,,,you forget,,most of these PPs are below floor pricings and the recipients of such generally given generous warrants for being good friends of the management team. We dont get that,,unless we are accredited investors which I will assume most here are not,,,,substantiated investors with >$1 million dollars invested and an annual income of >$250,000.00. I dont fit in that catagory,,,do you??,,If not then you are excluded from these juicy PPs that these companies enjoy laying out to wealthy friends!
Yes you and I buy when we have dry powder at times but we dont get the $200 for passing go like favoured investors do!
