Narmac, you don't have to be an accredited investor to participate in PPs in a limited way. You can invest up to $15,000 per year in PPs so long as you are already an existing shareholder.

Notify the company that you would like to particpate in the next PP under this rule.  Its no guarantee though that they will extend it to you.  I let them know years ago that I wanted to particiate under this rule and I never heard back.   And yes I know they need $15 Million not $15K but still its got to be worth two minutes of their processing time, no?
