It looks to me as though RVX had a board meeting on Tuesday, December 15th, so they're paying their directors deferred share units.  It also looks like they're paying their staff (senior officers ) restricted shares (rather than salary?? just a guess on my part).

Maybe it was just to approve the financial statements, etc. for this week's AGM, or hopefully something more.  We'll see.
