My hopes are the same as yours. Having staying power (ability to walk away from an undervalued or bad deal) and "options" in negotiation is always good. This has the "feel" of a deal that is close, if not done. But maybe a few deal points remaining for agreement, or just simply "timing" as some others have theorized given the current landscape. If it is just simply "timing" then I am not sure why it couldn't be announced, with an activation time/target for implementation (i.e.after Covid diminishes?). So, lots of good going on, but lots of questions, and pieces that aren't fitting together quite as neat as we'd like, not yet anyway. Wish I knew more, instead of feeling confused and grumpy, and maybe even bi-polar about this investment sometimes, actually so much of the time.
