The ordering of the bullet points in the last PR may provide some clue as to what is coming on the 28th.

Closing details with the Sheikh suggests that the deal has been finalized as previously agreed.  Any major amendments woulld likely have taken more time than was available between December 22 and January 18, the date of the last PR.

Given that design upgrades and partnering options is the 2nd bullet suggests that the news is not 'earth-shattering'.  So, for those expecting a buyout or something like it are likely to be disappointed.

The COVID update is probably positive but probably won't move the SP needle.  Existing vaccines have the spotlight these days so secondary benefits are unlikely to generate much interest.

I think any news is helpful but I have my doubts that that this webcast will impact the SP in any meaningful way.  That said, I'm open to being pleasantly surprised.
