FSHD - Muscular Dystrophy

He is saying (or trying to say) 'FSHD' in each instance, imo.
It appears to be the most common form of Muscular Dystrophy
And it looks like others (right in our backyard) are potentially leap-frogging us in advancing a treatment. DUX4 inhibition is the currently the "holy grail". And, yes, apabetalone very effectively and safely turns off DUX4.
