RVXOT, interesting suggesting that EC "backed down". I actually think that EC took RVX management and HL out behind the finance woodshed and schooled them a little. When you look at what happened; HL came in and invested about $35M and then EC basically forced them to step in and clear out the loan or potentially see their investment lose its IP.  The total investment at that time was $87M. HL has made  subsequent investments to take their total investment to $140M+ and has 85M shares plus about 10M warrants. Eastern for about $30M owns 27M shares plus about 1.5M warrants and also (at the time of the split) owned about 42% of Zenith. EC has since put some more money into Zenith and at the same time been slightly diluted by Newsora's participation. To me EC has been overall the overwhelming winner.  The way the timing all worked for this wrt to the Zenith spin out made me wonder if the spin out was actually EC's idea. The way all this shook out made me wonder if that had something to do with Arthur Higgins leaving (to me he was hands down the best director/leader that has ever been involved with RVX)
