Everywhere you look there is more reporting regarding the 3rd wave of CoVid, that there is increasing prevalence of the new variants and that there is an increase in the proportion of serious illness related to CoVid. Add to that the growing body of information regarding the serious  "long haul" effects of CoVid for a significant number of those infected and it seem that this is a golden opportunity for an effective therapeutic. RVX management, however, seems to be positioning the company like cockroaches running from the light when it comes to execution of a "short, inexpensive" CoVid trial. Hard to understand. 

On Feb 4 Don said that the studies recently published (at the time unpublished) "need to get published so we can get true value out of moving this program forward. And this is an incredible positive step forward for our company."  Again, where is the trial in order to start saving lives and unlock the value of the program?  There has definitely been nothing "immediate" in the company's reaction to Health Canada's No Objection letter which as we know the company received April 6.  One would have thought they should have been ready to go upon receipt of this letter  

Don's closing statement on Feb 4 "Thank you very much. It is exciting times for us. Our finances and our debt are under control. That’s been a downward pressure on the stock. So we should see some nice rebounding. But as soon as the expanded world learns about what’s going on with a realistic COVID-19 therapeutic that can go into full-blown manufacturing very fast. Myself, I don't see any evidence that finances are under control and there has been no share price "rebounding".  Then again this is the same excited guy who thought there would be a large multiple increase in share price from BTD without illuminating a financial path forward for BoM2.  I wonder what "talking to us very soon" means but it would be really nice if something management said actually happened within the framework of expectation management themselves creates. Again, I believe CoVid is potentially an enormous opportunity for RVX but to me it is truly shameful that management is so woefully slow and off the mark in a situation which is a real emergency for millions people infected with CoVid.
