Why no movement on HIV, for example, when a clinical trial would not take long and millions could benefit. And yet a trial in a condition that is relatively uncommon compared with HIV, namely pulmonary hypertension, already has a trial in progress. Now, why so slow with covid? There seems to be no sense of urgency on things that could bring big rewards quickly. Very strange.
