ya hepa dropped close to 9% overnight + hit a new 52week low. Maybe rv is having issues with China & China's having issues with rv??? 
Im sure if the Chinese had control of this alone they would have had millions of capsules handed out by now. 

For the Rv CEO to continually mis all marks that he himself spits out & given the world crisis with covid how can this even be happening at such a snails pace?? Immediate go ahead from HC?? Don ready to go back in Feb??

Our best hope would be to wake up to all out buyout.Must be a new plan???did a pharma step in & make things a little messy for the short term??

If there's nothing really big & new happening behind the scenes right now this situation may end being labelled as one of pure incompetence??
