Well seems I may be wrong re Exempt distribution. I enquired wether I could invest under those terms and was asked if I had an interest.If this is so why would I not sell 100k in market,probably get out at 90 cents or so and replace with shares at .85  and a free call at 1.00 for 3 years.The way the finances are being conducted defy any logic.The Saudi deal must be dead.We have no funds that are publicly disclosed....The company must come up with info on how we are operating
