Disclosure: I take everything said with more than just a grain of salt.

Highlights from the presentation:

• FDA REQUESTED the trial be changed to a phase 3 for American COVID trial.
• Cytokine storm hypothesis seems a likely MOA to be analyzed in trial (NOT JUST A COVID TREATMENT? Remember how many people die from flu and cold complications before Covid?)
• Even with vaccinations, variants possibly make this a multi-year relevant drug (not good news for world health, but money might make you feel better, fellow investors).
• Canadian gov't providing funding for the trial
• Contact with Canadian and Indian gov't about potential mercy/emergency authorization for India
• Cash from Saudi still in play (unless JermainJackson is correct, but I didn't take it that way)?
• BOM2 possible for Aug/Sept launch with "sophisticated group" partnering (no "go it alone").

Ok, that's plenty of cherry koolaid to keep the rose colored glasses the right tint.   Now, the head scratchers:

• What's up with the bargain basement financings if we're getting government cash?
• I found it laughable that DM was suggesting "Pre-sales worked for Pfizer and Moderna during their vaccine trials, so this is a realistic strategy..." we're not Pfizer or Moderna, and the world is no longer in the panic we were in waiting for vaccines.  Hope I'm wrong and he sells out of product while the trial is still running.

To restate: I'm taking all of this with heaping amounts of salt. Please do not use this upbeat post as an opportunity to inform me about how much this company is underperforming and how very disappointed you are. We all know, and everyone except that delightful character "wideout" understands and empathizes.
