CCD, once they announce dosing RVX can easily shoot up to a buck. Timing the market is a fool's game. Get in where you feel it's comfortable to do so. 

The 52-week range is $0.43-$1.17...Now we're sitting at $0.44. 

So let's say we will see $0.34 in a couple of weeks from now and low and behold they announce the start of dosing. Short covering and all can easily send the SPP well above the $0.44 where we are sitting right now. I don't see much of a gamble on the downside getting in now. If not, well that is the game we are in.
