Seeing that with an Open-Label Trial, no information is withheld from both the participants and the researchers and which treatment is being administered, it's reasonable to assume that information could be leaked with a trial duration of 14 to 28 days. Perhaps Don has some knowledge of this and he sees no reason to withhold it from the general public. I'm paraphrasing, but he did say in plain English that the positive results are showing up in real life patients.
