jbot - I agree with a lot of what you say as there wasn't much new here except that one statement alluding to results. It was a better production and has to include the whole story when you are trying to inform prospective new investors, etc. so was worthy that way. The relevance of this video to us is that one statement and we each have to decide for ourselves if it was a literal statement or just Don. Hopefully it was literal. Even if it was only 2 or 3 patients and they all showed good improvement, it is a very important sign. Yes, it is too early to start putting out NRs and making claims of a successful trial but it would be a good omen and could be slipped out in a comment like he did. If it was 2 or 3 patients with poor results, that would be a very bad omen. 

This is open label so there is no such thing as leaks other than within the company if they have told employees to say nothing until they make it official. That is just a company issue though and not a leak in the usual sense. Other than that, anyone can state anything they see. Anything stated outside and before an official NR is hearsay though. The company should refrain from an NR until they have enough data to be sure the trial will be successful or they set themselves up for more bad PR like in the past.
