This is the most recent Inpatient Hospitalized Therapeutic Management recs. By the time patients end up in the ICU they usually require intubation and proning (putting people on their stomach for periods of time which has shown to decrease mortality with non-covid ARDS, to early to tell if it benefits covid ARDS). Steroids have not shown benefit for non-covid ARDS and are currently standard of care for Covid with any level of supplemental oxygen support.
