rvxrocks - Could you do me a favour please. If a post I make does anything for you could you please tap on the recommend tab in the bottom right corner of the post. More Recommends equals more points for me. It's only important for hub leaders as a greater number of points allows leaders more access to other areas of the hub. For instance I am able to remove SPAM posts on our page with a rating of 3.4 but at 3.3 I cannot remove those SPAM posts that come in often. Another reason to touch the recommend tab is that it lets any poster know that you have seen their post and agree with a bit of the material.

Also don't forget to vote for any poster that contributes reasonable material to our board that adds value. For instance if a poster posts lots but adds no value vote accordingly with say a 1 star rating, however there are some posters like BeardownAZ that continually post fantastic info that we can all learn from. In these examples the first one might deserve a vote of 1 star and the second(BDAZ) might deserve a 5 star rating. This stuff just helps our board run more smoothly.
