A Zenith sale would do nothing for RVX unless the shareholders dumped the money they received from Zenith into RVX. RVX owns none of Zenith. Zenith owns royalty shares in RVX. Although a lot of common shareholders, there are many that aren't common. Ken Dart owns a lot more Zenith than RVX. Financings since the split in 2013 might be heavily different shareholders.
