Makes sense IMO. What would't make sense is the Eversana paragraph (below) in the news release, and then they pull the rug?
I don't see them pulling the rug, just yet. But this amendment is clearly an ultimatum by Eversana to Resverlogix to "please finally perform something, anything, or else start paying us back so we can mitigate our risk".
