It's hard for me to see any way out other than a sale, for whatever can be gotten. Hopefully, that is being explored. I mean Don is no spring chicken, is he going keep sweating all of this out for another year hoping to get financing, and then wait another 3-5 years for results of another study? Just sell the darn thing for whayever you can get rather than letting it just go poof. Fatten the bank account a little, focus on Zenith. Play lots of golf and drink Mai Tai's and fine Scotch with a nice cigar.

For the record, yeah I know this science is potentially worth a LOT of money, but it's not gonna happen unless it is in the right hands. Get paid for how far you were able to bring it along, and let someone else make the bigger bucks down the road, that can actually get it there to that point.
