In short, both RVX and ZCC are controlled by the same Chairman of the board Don McCaffrey which may make them associated companies. They share office and lab facilities.

Many ZCC shareholders are also shareholders of Resverlogix.

Other than that, they operate independently from each other.

Not sure if the sale of Zenith would have any impact on Resverlogix, financial or otherwise.
