Buckeyes, sorry, I just can't subscribe to the incompetence theory any longer.   My whole point is that nobody can truly be this incompetent in advancing apabetalone with a FDA BTD in their back pocket.  So ask yourself, if my suspicions are right and its not a story of incompetence that is holding back this multi-billion-dollar-per-year mega-blockbuster pharmaceutical-industry disruptor, then what other possible explanation are we left with?
