IMO if a deal is 100% in the works we'll  will see gradually SP increase with big volume over a short period and then a halt ,   At this point a CVR deal does make the most sense which a BP would take over the trials.  My question is what is the most a BP would pay  in a CVR with a market cap of $40 million,  CAD,
