RVX's share price has on many occassions inexplicably run up by dollars, and I would contend that when real negotiations start heating up behind the scenes we will witness another "inexplicable" run up by dollars per share over a few months or quarters.
With the stack of negatives I listed? I don't see it.
Not inexplicable. It was speculation and hopes and prayers that an upcoming study result would be positive. We saw that happen several times. They're certainly not in that position today.
1532%. An extreme outlier. A CVR deal. RVX's current situation and the list of study failures suggests to me a buyout would be in the bottom quartile of the distribution of premiums. I'll stick with being gobsmacked if it was 20¢.
