It's interesting to watch voting blocks of ownership, to your point. I haven't kept track of Hepa and Ori, but they have to be pretty close to controlling ownership, if not already attained?
For those knowledgable, how would something like that even work??
Is it simply 50.1% to control the company? To go private, how would they take out we Joe Retail's, could they just simply pay us the market price for our shares and force it down our throats? If I were offered $2-3 I would probably say fine, but at 10 cents U.S., that would be a rough haircut. And what about Don's and Dart's shares? Might be easier for them to just get to whatever majority or super-majority is needed to just call the shots?
I would much rather just sell out to a BP for a bargain, even if it was $3 pps, or even a stock swap ... just hard for me to even fathom this RVX company and all of its IP and assets, and future market potential, wouldn't be worth a minimum $500m-$1b in the worst scenario. Especially figuring in the $.5b tax loss ($1-2 pps calculable worth/value potentially?) upon revenues generation someday?
Just blows my mind that no BP's seem interested in purchasing/partnering. Unless, Don's and BoD's pride, delusions of grandeur, or different agenda, are getting in the way.
And I still can't understand why some sweetheart development deal (or greed) hasn't been worked out in Asia/China/India/Africa for advancement, if at a total standstill in the western countries for this long.
What's the plan, Stan?
