Not sure about CA laws, but in the US for one company or small group to take a public company private at a low price, they most likely could start a biding war.  I hope so!!!  

how about PB going 50/50 with cash and stock.  with 300,000,000 shares outstanding the stock might be one share for 100 or more RVX.  Done!  Even at a low price we retailers would continue real growth with a stock trade.

For BP it would be a drop in a very large bucket.  they are flush with cash.  Where is DM?  Oh yes, just one more promise from the top.  Hard to wait for the golden one.  May is just around the corner, bankruptcy or sale is coming.  Or another 30,000,000 shs to HL.  SAD. sidebar
