Totally agree Koo.  I don't know why one would sign on an Eversana for commercialization purposes if In fact you didn't intend to actually commercialize.  

In other words I do not think you bring on Eversana if you intend to sell the company nor do they help in a sale.  That's not Eversana's mission at least I don't think. 

So, if RVX just wanted to sell some or all of their assets they would just put it up for bid and not go the Eversana route in the first place.  

Now perhaps Eversana may suggest to RVX that the best path forward is to sell because they themselves are not making profit or whatever, but that would be left for RVX to pursue I assume.
