10BagR and Koo ... My "read" on Eversana/Commercialization versus Selling, is that you always have to be able to walk away in a negotiation, especially if there is only one "earnest" suitor. Going it alone provides a form of competition, whether in appearances or reality. Plus, you need to have a viable plan, if the suitor(s) don't work out. IOW Eversana provides both competition to suitors, and a back up plan, if selling is indeed a goal or even an option that just doesn't work out.

IIRC correctly, in the Eversana deal, there weren't any big penalties or poison pills, if RVX sold the company or assets during a working phase with Eversana. That led me to believe, that in either/both scenarios, RVX positioned for both possibilities, and intended to show the viability for going it alone if no acceptable deal materializes (for appearances and potentially reality).

At this point, in the absence of an acceptable BP deal or partnership, and RVX not feeling desparate enough yet to take "whatever" they can get in desperation, the posture and intent seem to be moving forward on our own. If we find a way to do this, and are successful with the steps along the way, BP has to realize the price for RVX will rise.

Every company has to have a plan for continuing to move forward on their own. And (almost) every company is for sale, if/when an offer comes along that makes sense.

These are just my humble opinions, based on typical business practices and experiences, with very limited RVX currrent knowledge of course. Sometimes RVX defies logic though, so who knows?

Trying to keep a better eye on Zenith lately as well. They seem further along in anumber of ways, and whatever happens with Zenith could have a major impact on RVX in a number of potential ways.

I'm encouraged that Hepa kicked the debenture can down the road, with no bargained gains. That's pretty interesting.

I also find it interesting that Zenith has been acquiring decent private placements this year, including one with warrants expiring in November (that's interesting, what's up with that?!).

Sorry for the long post, just spitting out what's on my mind ...
