There is no sense of urgency because they have potentially a breakthrough medication and they are willing to wait until the conditions are perfect. I sense that for Don it's just a job, he feels good to be a biotech executive and now that he has his salary up to $500,000/year life is real good as is. He'll probably get a huge raise this year as well.

As I've become more cynical toward management over the years I sort of look forward to the AGM as a satire with my Mr. Excitement as the one and only star in the show. Wouldn't it be nice if he would share some of the stage with the true stars like Dr. Kulikoski and other hard working team members including some in his business team. This would increase brand credibility and showcase how hard everyone is battling for success. Great leaders share the credits and have the guts tof face tough questions from unpset investors.

Another thing that would have a huge positive impact on brand reputation would be communicating openly and honestly about the state of affairs at RVX. Perhaps this can't happen if there are things that are not above board of good.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall listening to the sales pitch at one of the exempt distribution fund raisers.

Oh well, it is what it is and it won't change soon.
