Don is incompetent and just enjoying this beautiful ride at $500,000/year and he has surrounded himself with a complacent and incompetent BOD. Even Eastern has become passive (i.e. not participating in the BOD voting last year). The BOD is heavy on accounting types and has no financing bench strength.

All the more reason for you and all of your associates who may hold RVX stock to vote "withhold" for all BOD members.

GLTA - Get your popcorn ready and popping for 20 minutes of "Mr Excitement" comedy coming up June 20th. It really will be a farce to watch Pinnochio pull the same stunt again. :)
